    We were just in love with this music so much that I needed it to be even more real, so we made a CD :) Of this run, there are going to be about 150 of these available to the general public. The rest are going to every willing non-commercial radio station in the country, because I'm old school like that.

    For the CD we did all the good stuff - it comes in a jewel case, with a 4 page booklet. Inside the booklet features the hands, eyes, and heart of Mell Picco who did the records design work. This CD is everything you'd expect from an electronic music release of the early 90's ;)

Terminals, the ships of the vt100, are built to last for thousands upon thousands of years. Originally intended to be observation ships, the terminals phase in and out of time, space, and even the cold plasma zones towards the 3rd quarter fringe. Given there was much to observe, these ships were intended to facilitate the lives of billions of streams simultaneously, never physicality a prerequisite.

While a vt100 is not attached to the terminal specifically, it's easy to see why creatures are confused. You see, a vt100 has a very tight, almost symbiotic relationship with their terminal. The terminal provides a unique pulse relay that the vt100 would otherwise not have access too. However, for the vt100 to interface with a terminals pulse relay, they must fuse directly to the device directly from their consciousness. The chakran, an apparatus descended of the 4th consciousness, connects directly to the ventricular v, when in the valiant configuration and ultimately allows direct-consciousness transmission to a terminal.

Terminals must be programmed 9 metacycles prior and must contain 50% of a journey, prior to launch. A strange biological restriction seen only in their species, and one of the few traits to survive their mostly mechanical evolution in the later metacycles of the Wilonian era. Each destination is said by the device to be a sequence.

In fact, sequences are so common, they are typically used by the vt100 for journaling. For example, a vt100 entry might start like, "On the 39th sequence, strangle sect 14, I discovered I was not alone in the universe"

Some sequences are trivial and can go anywhere, though a very select few are said to have the blessings of the first and second con_vessels. The 9th sequence in particular is said to have the most power effects. It's a sequence of great mystique and faith, pushing even the eldest vt100 to increase their focus.
